Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged the full session fee.

Cancellations may be made by contacting Spruce Tree Counseling via email at [your email address] or through the scheduling platform, if applicable.

Insurance plans may not reimburse late cancellation or no-show fees.
